Happy Fall!

Hopefully you have been tuning in and listening to the podcasts that our counselors record every month.  For those of you that are new to the Ask Joe College Blog, several counselors from the Center for College Planning record short segments covering  pertinent topics regarding college planning, college life and financial aid.

This month we begin our chat discussing the college essay and ways to help you stand out from the crowd and showcase yourself.

From there we transition into a chat about the standardized tests; yes those SAT's and ACT's. 

To wrap up our conversation we focus on extra-curricular activities; how much is too much and ways to keep yourself from being over-extended.
